Return/ Refund Policy:

All sales are final. If any of the items are damaged upon receipt, then we will gladly replace the damaged items, when we are provided photo documentation within 48 hours of delivery. Delivery /shipping policy:

Shipping rates and fee are only calculated in the United States. Shipments outside the US are not yet available. Local pickup and drop off is an option within the Tuscaloosa, AL area. Arrangements must be made directly with Yellowhammer Candle Co. to confirm timing.

Privacy Policy:

We do not sell any information that is collected on the website to third parties. All the information that you provide stays internally.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Additional Disclaimers:

  • Orders are mailed in the order in which received
  • We ship orders as quickly as possible, however some items are custom poured with each order. Those items, along with any others in your order, will take additional time to process and ship
  • We are not responsible for orders that are not opened upon delivery
  • Orders during busy season could take longer to process and ship
